1. Returns
- We do not accept returns once a product has been sold, except in the case of a manufacturing defect or wrong item received.
- If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery along with clear photos or videos of the item.
- Our team will review the issue and assist you with a suitable replacement or store credit.
2. Exchanges
Exchanges are accepted only for unworn and unused jewelry in its original packaging and condition.
The request must be raised within 2 days of delivery.
Customized, personalized, or made-to-order pieces cannot be exchanged or returned.
Shipping costs for exchanges will be borne by the customer, except in cases of manufacturing defects or order errors from our side.
3. Custom Orders
All customized, engraved, or specially designed jewelry are final sale and not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
4. Refunds
