Gold coated / rose gold coated polish comes with no guarantee as it’s just a polish on 92.5 silver metal and wear off with time (which can be polished again). This goes for Gold and Diamond jewellery as well.
Make sure to provide proper ring sizes on purchase, as we follow Indian steel size.
No returns or replacement if wrong size is asked for. Same goes for bangles and kada.
In order to claim a refund or return on faulty product before use or damaged, considering stone failures, product received unboxing video is must within 32 hours of time after delivery of package.
